Tickets for shows go on sale at the same time through the different channels (box office, Internet and telephone)  for the total seating capacity established for the theatre.

The theatre opens the doors to the house 30 minutes before the show starts.

The Cervantes and Echegaray Theatres* are adapted for theatre-goers with reduced mobility (ramps and elevator**), and equipped with a hearing loop and braille numbers on the boxes and stalls**. 
We recommend that you confirm your attendance in advance with the box office staff or by phoning 952 224 109, in order to ensure your comfort.
*Of the six seats intended for this purpose, four will go on sale once the performance is sold out and two will be reserved until 15 minutes before the show starts.

The cost of tickets sold on-line and by telephone are automatically refunded to the account from which payment was made. Tickets bought at the box offices of the Cervantes and Echegaray theatres will be refunded at the box office from the date of announcement of the cancellation up to 15 days after the original date of the performance.

Terms and Conditions

  • The Teatro Cervantes may change programmes, performers and dates of shows if warranted by circumstances.
  • The only cause for the refund of tickets will be the suspension of a show. 
  • Said refund will be made within a maximum of 15 days as of the date on which the suspended show was programmed.   
  • Verify your ticket and the information it contains, and keep it until you leave the theatre.
  • After you acquire a ticket, it cannot be changed or refunded.
  • Tickets will not be reissued in case of loss, deterioration, theft or destruction. 
  • Only 6 tickets may be purchased per performance.
  • As a sign of respect for the audience and the artists, you are asked to be on time.
  • Persons arriving once the show has begun must wait until they are allowed access by the organisation to the house, provided this does not interfere with the performance underway.
  • Please read the back of your ticket with care, as it contains other rules and conditions.
  • The Teatro Cervantes has a complaint and claim book available for the public.
  • Any claim must be accompanied by the presentation of the ticket.
