Mari Pompas, “superbubblelistically imperfect”. That is how this endearing adolescent defines herself, in contrast with her great-grandmother, who was “practically perfect in everything”. The fact is that Mari is the great-granddaughter of the legendary nanny Mary Poppins, from whom she has inherited the name, extravagance, fantasy, magic and the capacity to transmit good spirits.
Mari is adorably stubborn, clumsy, crazy… unique; she laughs at her defects and is proud of her talents, especially the one that the audience enjoys most: the gift of making soap bubbles.
Jose Luis Lago, stage manager and playwright who studied History, Pedagogy, Film Dubbing, Speech, Music and Dramatic Writing,  was born into a family of artists and has spent his life on stages all over the world. He is also a magician, an acrobat and in the last few decades, a soap bubble artist. In 2010 he decided to take one more step and participate in the process of creating and producing shows, with the objective of merging the very special art of bubbles with theatre, another passion of his.
